Routine Service: Proof of Service mailed the day after service is completed $70 Ventura, Oxnard, El Rio, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula, Camarillo, Somis, Oakview $80 Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, Summerland, Carpinteria, Ojai, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura, Oak Park, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Fillmore $98 Malibu, all of West and North Los Angeles County, Military Bases in Port Hueneme and Pt. Mugu $25 Ventura Courthouse Filing; $15 to file (in Ventura) the Proof of Service I completed Priority Service: Same Day = Add 100% to fee (ie. double the fee above) Rush Service: First attempt within 24 hours = Add 50% to fee Restraining Orders: $125; includes preparing and returning proof of service right away. Multiple documents: 50% discount on add'l defendant(s) served at the same time, same address. Full fee charge if additional attempts needed to serve add'l defendants. Notarized Affidavit: $15 charge to get an Affidavit of Service or Non-Service notarized. Fax or email documents: No Charge for first 5 pages. If more than 5 pages, a $5 fee applies to printing and organizing documents. Substitute Service: Please provide a 2nd copy of documents eligible for substitute service. Copy fee = $0.10/pg Post Office/CMRA Forwarding Address Requests: $50 Stakeouts: $75/hr -- waiting time beyond 10 minute grace period also at $75/hr. Skip Trace: $30-$200 depending on extent. Done within the realm of Service of Process only Writs of Execution/Attachment/Levy: $300 and up; includes preparing all documents, filings with the Court and Sheriff. Special Requirements: After 10 pm or before 7 am, appointment serves, evading subjects, difficult serves = call for pricing. This Process Server specializes in Evaders and hard to serve people. Terms: All work must be paid in advance, unless invoicing arrangements have been made. |
